I am a self-taught artist that works in acrylic, oils, colored pencil, and graphite. I have always had a passion for horses every since I can remember. I grew up mainly in San Jose, Ca where I was unable to have a horse but grew up breeding Siberian Huskies. Once I moved to Tucson I was able to make a dream come true by owning a horse along with many other animals. I have had several different breeds of horses with preference to the majestic beauty of the Spanish breeds. I paint and photograph whatever moves me which is generally animals of all types. I will donate at least 25% of my sales to Equine Voices Horse Rescue and Sancuary in Amado,AZ. www.equinevoices.org.
If you would like a commissioned portrait of your beloved pet, please send me a message and I would be happy to discuss pricing and sizes.
In my paintings, I generally use a limited pallette of color; usually just two to four colors creating a harmony of color in my subject manner.
